Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a well researched and evidence based form of therapy recommended as the treatment choice by the National Institiute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) for difficulties such as: Anxiety, OCD, Phobias, Depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder and panic. CBT can also be used to help people with difficulties associated with eating, dieting and weight management.
Weight management course
Currently we are offering a CBT weight management course which aims to address those difficulties commonly associated with dieting and/or being able to stick to a healthy eating plan. By the end of the group we believe you will have learned the skills and techniques to make the necessary changes to be able to maintain a lifelong approach to managing your weight and/or follow a healthy eating plan, without the need to turn to diets.
